Everything started during 2020's lockdown when I was livestreaming themed DJ sets of Downtempo music together with my wife Kyo. The first idea was the "Vikings" theme, then 80s remixes. We needed a third cool theme and we decided to go for "western". Hunting season started for tracks reminding those desertic landscape and cowboy vibes until one day I talked about it with my dear friend and reTribe Collective partner Adarí, which proposed me to produce a dedicated track for this. Later Mescal, Reno Altriparty, Kalu, Baboden and finally Apeneste did the same. They all join to deliver these tracks to build this compliation as my birthday gift!
